Who's Zelda?
Actually, she's our cat. And she sits on my lap while I am typing in
code.
I am Cathy Sutliff. I have been creating web sites since 1997 when I
taught myself HTML while pursuing my Masters degree at the Univeristy
of Illinois at Springfield. My first site was for Babbitt's
Books, my husband's store. He had been selling books online since
1992 and really needed a site to call home. Since then I have been studying
e-commerce, site optimization, site design and layout on my own. I think
I have subscribed, at one time or another, every e-zine on e-commerce
ever "printed". What I have learned is that basically they all
say the same thing:
- Keep it simple and easy to read.
- Don't hide your site from search engines or your customers.
- And provide a reason from your customers to find you and to
return.
And that's what I do. I provide you with a clean, tight site that is
easy to read, navigate and update. I'll provide you with as many bells
and whistles as you want, but I always keep your customer in mind. After
all aren't they the reason you're there?
Contact me for a free one
hour consultation and I'll show you what I can do for you.
